Need a Reset? We got you!  

We got you, Sis!  You are not alone.  Sometimes our efforts get sidelined. It’s okay. What matters most is how you return. Whether you're ready to walk solo, chat with your accountability partner, or start a sister support chat, there’s a path for you. These are Five reset resources:

 

1. Walk & Talk Accountability Crew

Lace up and meet your sisters on the pavement.

  • Choose a trail, park, or neighborhood route
  • Schedule an accountability trek time and commit to showing up
  • Use the latest SCS podcast to spark conversation.  End with gratitude and affirm the steps you’re taking.

2. Text Thread Check-In

A little sister-support goes a long way.

  • Start a group text or GroupMe chat.
  • Share a takeaway, a small win, or a struggle.
  • Try the 3-2-1 format: 3 things you learned, 2 ways you’ll apply them, 1 challenge.
     

3. One-on-One Sister Support

Choose an accountability partner.

  • Schedule a 5 - 10 minute check-in call, text, or voice note.
  • Ask: What’s one goal for next week?

5. Reflection + Journaling Prompts

Whether walking, chatting, or writing solo, use our prompts to reflect deeply on your SCS journey.

  • What stood out from this week's lesson?
  • What is one self-care practice you want to try?
  • What would your foremothers say to encourage you right now?
