Remember to prioritize Water & Rest each day!  64 oz of water and 8 hours of rest are the standard.

Sample Menu 

NOTE: Don't Skip Meals & You Can Substitute Anything from the Grocery List

 

  • Breakfast:

    • Omnivore: 1/8 cantaloupe, 2 eggs (boiled or scrambled), 16 oz water.

    • Vegan/Vegetarian: 1/8 cantaloupe, chickpea omelet with spinach, 16 oz water.

  • Mid-AM Snack: Green salad with Italian dressing, turkey breast, or grilled tempeh (3.5 oz and Males 5.0 oz), 16 oz water.

  • Lunch: Spinach salad with asparagus and bell peppers, grilled chicken breast or tofu (3.5 oz and Males 5.0 oz), 16 oz water.

  • Mid-PM Snack: Broccoli and radish salad, grilled lamb or quinoa salad, 16 oz water.

  • Dinner:

    • Omnivore: 4 strawberries, baked fish, sautéed Brussels sprouts, 16 oz water.

    • Vegan/Vegetarian: 4 strawberries, baked tempeh, sautéed Brussels sprouts, 16 oz water.

  • Evening Snack (Optional): Kale chips.

Tips:

  • Message: Accept the changes in your body and mind as progress.

  • Move: Take a 30-minute walk during the day or a dance fitness class at night (optional).

  • Journal Prompt: What positive changes did I notice today?

Work-Life Balance Tip: Schedule 15 minutes in the morning to plan your day and review goals. Embrace the fluidity of plans changing but stay focused on your priorities.
