We prioritize your satisfaction. Please review our policy and let us know your questions or concerns.
You can return or exchange items purchased from our online store. Prizes can not be returned or exchanged.
Our return policy is as follows:
1) Items for refund must be returned within 14 days of receipt. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund.
2) To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
3) All items returned for refund must be accompanied by a receipt or itemized proof of purchase.
4) We recommend that customers use a traceable return method that includes insurance, as we cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, misdirected, or damaged during transit.
Our exchange policy is as follows:
1) Exchanges will be processed for damaged or defective items and only for identical items.
2) To process an exchange, please email store@girltrek.org with the subject line: Exchange GirlTrek Store Order#XXXXXX, where the “X” characters reflect the actual order number.
3) Once an exchange has been approved, you will ship your order using a method that can be tracked. We recommend that you also use a method that can be insured in case of loss or damage during transit.
4) The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live.
Our shipping policy is as follows:
1) You will be responsible for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
2) To return your product, mail it to 1446 Taney Street, Kansas City, Missouri, 64116.
3) If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Our refund policy is as follows:
1) Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
2) If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within 3-5 business days.
3) If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
4) If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and s/he will find out about your return.
5) If you haven’t received a refund, first recheck your bank account or contact your credit card company; processing times vary by financial institution, so it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
6) If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund within 21 business days, please get in touch with us at store@girltrek.org
