Week 3: Nourishing Your Mind and Body (Healthy Food)

  • How do I feel after eating nourishing meals versus processed foods?
  • What emotional connections do I have with food, and how do they serve me?
  • What are three ways I can improve my relationship with my body?

Week 4: Setting Boundaries with Love (Radical Care)

  • What is the hardest part of setting boundaries for me?
  • Where in my life am I giving too much?
  • What are three clear boundaries I will establish starting today?

Week 5: Releasing Stress and Trauma (Mental Relief)

  • What past experiences still impact my mental and emotional well-being?
  • How does my body physically react to stress, and what helps release it?
  • What are three ways I can create a healing environment in my life?

Week 6: Cultivating Joy and Play (Healthy Families)

  • When was the last time I felt pure joy, and what was I doing?
  • What parts of my day feel heavy, and how can I bring more lightness into them?
  • What are three playful activities I want to do this month?

Week 7: Healing Through Movement (Healthy Food)

  • What is my current relationship with movement and exercise?
  • How does moving my body make me feel emotionally and mentally?
  • What are three movement practices I want to explore?

Week 8: Strengthening Your Sisterhood (Radical Leadership)

  • How do I show up for my sisters, and how do they show up for me?
  • What friendships need more attention and care?
  • What are three ways I can deepen my relationships with the women in my life?

Week 9: Honoring Your Mind, Body, and Spirit (Radical Leadership)

  • What spiritual practices keep me grounded?
  • What are three things my body has taught me about resilience?
  • How can I create a personal self-care ritual that honors my whole being?

Week 10: Carrying Self-Care Forward (Radical Care)

  • What has Self-Care School revealed to me about my needs?
  • What is one habit I am taking with me beyond these ten weeks?
  • How will I hold myself accountable for continued self-care?
