National Resource Toolkit: Menopause Care for the Sisterhood

Menopause Care & Support

Menopause is not the end of something. It is a powerful transition. A new chapter. A continuation of your story.  And yet, too many of us enter this season without the information, support, or care we deserve.

That’s why we’ve partnered with MPowered Menopause, an organization working to break the silence, close the research gap, and ensure Black women are seen, heard, and supported through every stage of menopause.

This resource is your starting place to help you navigate this journey.

Start Here: Understanding Menopause

Menopause is a natural life transition that every woman experiences, but no two journeys look the same.

You may notice:

  • Changes in sleep or energy
  • Hot flashes or night sweats
  • Mood shifts or anxiety
  • Brain fog or difficulty concentrating
  • Changes in your body, libido, or overall health

You are not alone, and you are not imagining it.
