1. How do I claim my victory?

Thanks for walking and winning with GirlTREK and making your health a priority. Please visit GirlTREK.org under the "Walk" tab and click the red "Claim the Victory" button, or CLICK HERE.

Then, follow the instructions to complete the form.

2. How do I get my free T-shirt?

At this time, free T-shirts are no longer supported.

3. I claimed the victory but didn't receive my prize. What do I do?

Please let us know, and we work with you to resolve this issue. 

4. My prize doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?

GirlTREK orders prizes based on the claims submitted and cannot overstock prizes. To keep our costs low and continue to offer free incentives that motivate and inspire, the free prizes cannot be replaced or exchanged.

We appreciate you and all you do and hope you understand the policy around the costs of exchanging free prizes.
