GirlTREK’s 2025 Off-Season: Rest, Reflect, Recharge | FAQ

We’ve celebrated powerful wins, spread joy, justice, and inspired healing, and now it’s time to pause and pour into ourselves.
Mark Your Calendar: GirlTREK’s offices will be closed from December 1, 2025 – January 18, 2026 for our annual off-season & self-care sabbatical. We’ll return on January 19th, ready to ignite a new year of Joy and Justice for Black women around the globe. This off-season, let’s model what it means to rest unapologetically, care deeply for ourselves, and make space for joy. We’ll see you in 2026, renewed and ready to change the world—together. 💙
- What is the GirlTREK Off-Season? Our annual off-season is a time for radical rest, self-care, and reflection. From December 1 to January 18, our National Team steps away from organizing to rest, renew, and recharge. This is about walking what we talk—practicing healing and honoring ourselves to increase our capacity to serve. While we pause, we encourage YOU to do the same. Keep walking toward your healthiest, most fulfilled life while embracing rest and joy.
