Welcome to GirlTREK’s Care Villages where we walk, talk, and hold each other down in real life and in real time. This is sisterhood you can feel.

Here’s how to tap in:

Start with you. Lace up and step outside for your daily walk. That’s where the magic begins.

Find your village. Join your Regional Care Village in the GirlTREK Underground App and connect with sisters near you.

Bring your people. Invite a friend, an auntie, a coworker. We walk better together.

If you don’t see something near you, that’s your sign. Start small. Two or three women walking together is a movement.
